As the Office Manager at KH Legacy Advisors, Rena plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly and ensuring both clients and team members feel supported every day. With 24 years of professional experience and a background as an administrative assistant, Rena brings a people-oriented approach and a steady, reliable presence to the team.
In her role, Rena oversees daily office operations, coordinates scheduling and workflow, manages client communications, supports the tax and accounting staff, and helps maintain the accuracy and efficiency of internal systems. She is also skilled in organizing documentation, supporting CFS Payroll, Drake Tax, and other practice software, ensuring timely filings, and keeping the office environment running with the professionalism our clients expect.
Originally from Cebu, Philippines, Rena now resides in Eastman, where she has built a warm life rooted in family, community, and her passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos, a foundation that has shaped her commitment to excellent client service and operational integrity.
Rena chose her career because she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps, and she continues to find joy in the relationships she builds with clients and colleagues. Known for her friendliness and calm, grounded presence, she’s a natural fit for an environment where trust and communication matter.
Outside of work, Rena enjoys yoga, hiking, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with her mother and daughter, who lives in Atlanta. She’s an active member of Grace Place Yoga and Art Studio and is quite the coffee enthusiast.
